should i go to college today'?

I feel kinda ill and i have bad cramps and i have a headache and the house is a mess and i need a shower and im hungry.. if go to college i need to leave in 10 mins. ( im a part time student) shall i kick myself in the butt and go to college or stay at home, eat, shower and tidy up?
