Should I go for the blonde chunks?

I went red like 5 weeks ago and my next appointment to get it colored again is the 24th and I wanted these bleach blonde chunks..

(I dont care if you think it's ugly, im doing it because i like it)
Anyway..when i got my hair done red my hair stylist said she didn't really reccomend the blonde chunks just because of damaging it since it's red and its hard to get out. But my hair is A LOT lighter now, like a brownish red, and she actually gave me a clip in blonde extension but i want it to be part of my hair.
So for my next appointment i wanna do the chunks, but im afraid she'll get annoyed and say the same thing (I change my mind a lot) but then again im paying her. So should i go for it?
 
I dont think you should do it. it will hurt your hair and blond chunks are for 13 year olds and skanks. that's why they are called 'slut stripes' and if you didn't know that, you will when (if) you get them. I'm honestly not trying to be mean, i just want you to know the truth. :-)
 
i don't really think that would be good for your hair....
listen to your stylist coz she knows more about hair than you and it could really do some damage.....
of course the choice is still in you :) if you want it go for it!! just be sure you can maintain it well and don't go overboard
 
lol if you don't care, why are you asking? You're kinda contradicting yourself there.
Anywho, I think chunky high-lights are gross and very unatural looking. Try thin blonde high-lights if anything. Good luck:)
 
It's your money, you get to choose what you want. If your hairstylist complains, it's not her right. She can advise you on your hair, but ultimately it's just that, your hair.
