In the start of my career, I was with Rogers, I had a plan and received good service for the six years that I was with them, with the exception of the first three months.
In 2007, I got a cell phone from my dad and he suggested I go with Fido because they offered the possibilty of using the phone abroad. I have been with my current cell phone provider (Fido) for four years. From the onset, I got nothing but crappy service. Two years and a half ago, I had a problem with my voice mail: people could call and leave me a message, but I could never tell they did. After repeated calls to Customer Service, I decided to go see an in-store technician: all he did was reinitiate the initial configuration. And so, I was able to listen to messages left by callers. Now, the prepaid service I am on is being modified. I called to make the change this week. Not only did the CSR not do anything, but he also discouraged me of going for a monthly plan with them. I could not believe my ears.
