Should I give a gift to someone I don't like, just to keep the peace at work?

I work with three other women, two of whom I like quite well. The third is a misery-guts who is quite jealous of my position. I would like to give the two women I like a gift this Xmas, but not the one I don't. Invariably, she'll make life a misery next year if she finds out. What should I do?
