I have been looking at a 2010 Panasonic 42" Class Viera X24 Series 720p Plasma that is only $429.99 at Costco. That's super cheap for a TV like that. I plan on getting this for my birthday since we still have an old tube TV. We're not a very rich family but I have the money. I'm not sure if at black friday if it will go on sale.( I know it's in November). The TV has 600Hz and energy star. Do you think I should get this TV? P.S. My parents doesn't really want me to get this so is there a way I can convince them that a Plasma TV will benefit them socially and economically? Thanks! Only helpful and nice answers. Thank you.
