Should i get this honda civic Si (siR in canada)?

it is a 2000 civic si no rust perfect condition with 140 000miles and it goes for 4900 negotiable which means i can probably lower price to about a maximum of 4500$. i know civics are good cars and last long. id do about 4500 miles per year maximum. is this good?

and no i am not buying this car to race or modify is but simply because i like the look of the model.
