I'm looking for a first vehicle. I have been doing a lot of research on trucks since I got my drivers permit. A couple months ago, I decided that I want a Dodge Ram 1500. With my price range 7500-8000, I realize that puts me at getting an 03, or an 04. I found this one online the other day. It looks good, seems to be a great truck. The guy told me he would give it to me for 8000 on wholesale. I really want this truck, but I want to know if it is a good option. If I get this truck, it'll make my bank account pretty dry. I know that a Ram 1500 lasts a long time if you take good care of it though. I need somebody that knows a lot about trucks, especially dodge trucks to tell me if they think that this is a sound investment. I've been impressed with this kind of truck for a while now, and I want to see if it is a good idea for me to get it. Also, how long do you think this truck at 117xxx miles will last? How many years? Because I'd like to get through college with it.
