Basically I want a headset because my tv is in my living room and my Mom is getting a little annoyed with the fact that her "house sounds like a warzone."
By the way, I will be using this headset for my Xbox 360.
I was looking around and I saw a bunch of reviews for this headset, and it kinda seemed like a pretty good cheap headset. However, a lot of people said there were a lot of problems with it...
I'm pretty new to headsets, but what I really want is a headset that is:
-IMPORTANT : Cheap. The Turtle Beach headset sells for like 45$ on Amazon. I can deal with anything around 60$ though... Around 80$ is the limit.
-Has the Tv sound in the headset. I think you know what I mean by that.
-IMPORTANT : Durability. I read some reviews on this headset and they're just totally mixed up, some people said it broke after like 4 days of careful use, and some people said they handled it carefully and it lasted over a year.
-Comfort. My ears are kind of big, and a lot of people said that these headsets kind of hurt your ears. However, I also heard that if you wear a beanie or something that the problem's solved. In your answer, can you tell me whether that would work as well?
-Decent-ish sound quality. I don't really need super awesome quality or whatever, I'm not into that. I just need the headset to be as good as the tv quality sound or better. By the way, my tv is really old and big, so that should be pretty easy to beat.
So basically, what I need from you is a sort of review on the Turtle Beach X1 headset if you have one, I would also prefer if you told me if it had all of the above qualifications.
OR
You have a headset that is not that Turtle Beach X1 headset that you feel is better and meets all of the above qualifications.
