Should I get the Sony PlayStation 3 Eye USB Camera or the Sony Bluetooth Headset

For PlayStation 3? I am a really serious online gamer and lik to chat with players when playing. i do not mind the chat voice coming out of the TV but which voice clarity is better? and is it easier with the bluetooth headset or the eye USB camera? plz post your answers here :)
