Should i get the iPod touch 3g 32 gb or the 4g 8 gb ?

I like the features of the 4g but im not sure if it will have enough memory & i dont want to go over the price of these two ipod touches
Im only going to have like 200 or lower songs & alot of apps ;P Like 50 +
