Should I get the HTC Hero, the HTC HD2, or the Sony Ericson Xperia X10?

I'm basically deciding between:

Multi-touch and a flash-enabled browser with the Hero,
incredible specs and HUGE screen but a crappy OS and size with the HD2,
or incredible specs, an INCREDIBLE camera, and a sweet user interface with the X10.

Help!
