to be completely honest i have no idea about cellular south and their service and any other phones they offer bt if they have android devices (htc hero) you cant go wrong with android. i am familiar with both android devices and blackberry devices and i am now and android phone user because it is just flat out better in every way than the blackberry. the openness and flexibility of the android operating system make this device more appealing for even an everyday average cell phone user.before picking ether of these phones i would check with cellular south and find out if the plan on picking up one of the newer android phones considering the new version of the hero which is faster is about to be released in a few months. but if those are your only two options no contest the htc hero!
