Should I get the hardcover or paperback version of the American Pageant 14th ed?

I am taking AP US History and we have to buy the American Pageant, however the textbook list does not specify hardcover vs. paperback. Is there a huge difference between the two in terms of content, pictures, diagrams, etc?
