Should i get the Blade or GP RS-R Pocket bikes?

Hi, I was looking into getting a pocket rocket and I don't really know whether i should get a blade or a gp rs-r. I've heard that the shock on the rs-r isn't really the best and it's hard to fix the carburetor. It says they go the same speed but someone said that the gp goes 26 and blade goes 28 stock.
Ps. I'm not quite sure if this was the right category.
