should i get the blackberry curve 8520 or the t-mobile g1?

im looking to upgrade my sidekick to a new phone. ive narrowed it down to either blackberry curve8520 or the t-mobile g1. i use my phone to text, make calls, email, facebook, and use the internet for fantasy football and other sites. i want a phone that can actually go more than half a day without being charged. let me know your input and why. thank you
