Should I get tested? How? Where?

So I'm 17, and bisexual. I'm not out yet but hopefully I will be soon, and I'd like to start seeing some more people. The thing is I just found out that you can get STDs from not only having sex without condoms, but from stuff like rimming and such. I just want to be safe with my partner, and I'd like to get testes.

Should I?
And how or where do I go?
I don't want to tell my parents...
