He is 13 years going on 14 he is around 5 ft 6
I trust him but I am afraid he will break a bone or injure himself really bad.
He does not have any experience with dirt bikes. And He really wants a 125cc I have no idea what that is and if it is too fast or too slow.
I think a 125cc would be perfect for the young man. Think of it like this getting him a dirt bike now prepares him for ridin' a Harley Davidson in the future. And if all else fails and he does get hurt you can always say, " I told you so son." I mean after all Mother knows best doesn't she?
He should be fine on that, the only way to learn is to ride. He may wreck it, but the again, like I said, the only way to learn is to do it, so that way its easier to figure out what you can and cannot do.
go with a four stroke dirt bike for him
sounds like the right size.going with a 4 stroke is a good idea.something like a dual purpose.i would NOT get him a high strung motocrosser.he will hurt himself for sure.at the least MAKE him wear a GOOD HELMET and BOOTS.If he rides much he will go down at some point.everyone does.and yes he will get scrapes and bruises and maybe even break a bone. You cant protect your kids from all of lifes hazards.he will be driving a car some day and theres a chance he can get hurt doing that. But I would rather see a kid out on a dirt bike having fun than hiding out somewhere smoking meth wouldnt you?
The thing about dirtbikes is that you're always headed for a spill.
Get him full dirtbike riding gear -- the boots, the armored suit, the armor vest, the gloves, the funky helmet and goggles.
