my boyfriend passed his test on his 18th birthday. he had his first car and then smashed id real bad. then his dad got him another car, he will listen to me at times but it is really easy for him to go in a mood, one little thing i say wrong and he flips and if im in the car with him, i am so scared he is going that fast and he is shouting at me. he has crashed this car aswell. i just dont know what to do. he can be lovely but hes got a short fuse.
 
You should stay out of the car, AND get out of the relationship.

A true partner doesn't shout at you. Move on. Find a man who doesn't have a "short fuse" (which is really a nice way of saying "He yells at me, and is abusive")
