should i get fake nails or paint them regularly?

so i like getting my nails done and i think they look better. and i don't like how my nails are after i take off the acrylic (i get them done professionally) or should i just paint them? and give myself manicures? the reason im thinking of not doing fake is the money this year i want to be gorgeous! so would fake nails be worth it or not really?

i know this is a stupid superficial delema. lol
 
I think you should just do them yourself, because if you get fake nails you'll be spending a lot of money. if you paint them yourself, you can always change the color if you want without paying the price.
