Should i get at&t or t-mobile?

the tittle pretty much says it all i already had verizon and sprint so please dont say get verizon or sprint because I wanna change company .I live in los angeles i dont care about pricing and which one has a faster network i just care about reception which one has better signal at&t or t-mobile? Also i travel a lot by car to places like texas and seattle and i would like to have signal while i travel. So do u recommend at&t or t-mobile ? So yea i wud appreciate any answers thanks xoxoxo
