I'm somebody who wants to have a lot of good quality apps.
I need to have a good quality text-to-speech app, but there's no good quality text to speech apps on the Android.
The Android phones only allow you to download upto 512 mb of apps, and those phones seem very slow.
However, I really like having a real internet browser where ever I go.
Is there a good phone that doesn't cost a lot of money, that would give me a descent web browser. I don't care about videos, but I want to have the full view of web pages.
