I was wondering if I should even consider getting an Acura Integra (car) because I have heard that it's the favorite car for thiefs to steal. Would it be alright to get it if i got a really good alarm system, like $200-300.

I was also wondering if it is considered a ricer if you mod it. Personally I want the gs-r which has 170 horsepower... But I need help deciding if I modded it, would it be a "ricer" because I want to stay as far as I can away from that haha. Thanks.

depends who you ask,
some people consider Japanese cars rice
others think its just cheaply designed cars like integras with body kits big wings cheap parts added.

i dont consider it ricey.(stock acura's honda's)

for theft put it in your garage, honda/acura theifs are very smart now a days they use tow trucks bring ecu's extra parts if you live in the ghetto dont buy one its thief candy.

you want the gsr integra, but you wanna stay away from ricer? wtffff rofl

its okay dude, ricers are f-ing the shiznit.

yes you should, integras = brilliant

- Ricer Burner/Ricer = Any car no matter Japanese or American make.. that has tacky add ons. Highly modified ONLY on appearance. Big tacky wings, ugly euro lights, ugly body kits, tacky rims, sporting a bunch of sponsor stickers and not really being sponsored..or the classic decal that both American and Japanese cars have........FLAMES! LMFAO!

- A well customized Acura Integra with a nice kit, racing rims, and etc..is not considered a ricer.

- Tuned under the hood and for other performance reasons = TUNER. It would be considered a Tuner not a ricer. Keep in mind a Tuner can also LOOK 'RICEY' if you add those tacky exterior items.

- I have many friends with Integras, full interior, sleeper look, All motor running low-mid 12s at the tracks on street slicks for the quarter. I also have friends with Integras on boost hitting 10s on drag slicks all still maintaining full interior, sleeper look, still being daily drivers when off drag slicks of course.

- A GS-R is a nice pick. But yea it is among one of the top theft cars.
A GS-R with a nice little cheap turbo kit and a few other small mods can get you in the 13s at the quarter mile.

The only way to know is by looking thru "The Rice-Boy Pages"!
