Should I get a truck or a sports car?

I could get a 2006 mustang or a 2006 ford F-150. I like to drive fast when no ones around but I don't like how I can't fit as many people. I want a truck because in the summer I could go mow lawns for money and I could use it to tow/haul things but at the expense of not being able to drive as fast. Right now I have a 2002 acura mdx and its pretty nice and all but I can't go fast and i can't tow/haul stuff.

I am a 15 year old male.

i first owned a 1977 dodge Ramcharger Great truck ....i saved myself some good tickets at a early age....ya sounds great to go fast pellout and do donuts i have also owned a 1979 z-28 camaro with a 350 pellout good but also No tickets that is on your Record for 7 years its hard to find Good jobs with even that on your record....Get a truck .. but one that limits your Speed so u dont get killed.. your car can be replaced your body can't

drive a truck and do the grass cutting, save up, then buy a SuperCharging kit and straight thru exhaust system and convert the truck. and so on...

I hate mustangs so thats out there.
if you get a F-150 extended cab you can still fit your friends in it just like the mustang. no one likes riding in the back of any sports car.
the truck will suck the gas money right out of you but insurance should be lower. the mustang will go faster but you can always upgrade the computer and exhaust in the truck to beat the mustang. the f-150 should be limited to like 115 mayb 120.
what state are you in? snow or not? what activities are you wanting to do. id take the truck since i have a bike.

If you can afford it i would buy a Ford Fusion 2009. They have enough pull to take a small trailer for a mower, but get fairly good gas mileage and can get fairly fast. If you get a muscle/sports car sometimes they can have enough pull for a trailer too.

You are 15. You need to get a grip and learn how to drive safely before you decide what to drive. If you don't think your parents MDX isn't fast enough, then you need some more driver's ed. I just read today about the 15 year old driver that is going to jail for 10 years because he took his parents Mercedes up to 100 mph, lost control and killed his passenger.
I think it is imperative that you rethink this going fast stuff when you are 15.

While both of those choices are good, i would go for the 2006 ford f150. The reasons are as such: 1. your insurance will be greatly increased for purchasing a mustang, 2. the depreciation of a mustang is higher than any ford F150 models. and finally 3. should you get into an accident your physical outcome is mush better in an F150 vs. the mustang.

Also, the ford f150 goes just as fast since it is designed to haul up to 500,000 pounds of weight. Oh and the ladies prefer a man that deviates from the rest of the crowd! Good luck man
