Should I Get a Regular Storm Launcher or a Mini storm Launcher?

I want to get an Air Hogs storm launcher. The only problem is I don't know either to get a regular storm launcher or a mini storm launcher. I want the one that is durable high speed and quality and something that can go on water, land, snow, dirt.....All Terrain, you know. If someone can please give me an answer that would be great. Thanks
