should i get a ps3 or an xbox 360? pros and cons of both?

so i want to get one of these next gen consoles but not sure whether to get an xbox or playstation, i think id rather go with a playstation but the xbox is so much cheaper, what do you think? basically id just like someone to list the pros and cons of both systems!
