Im planning on getting a phone or game for x-mas
The game i want is black ops
and the phone i want is the HTC Surround from AT&T
and please dont give answers saying that say "get a phone cuz its better" or "get a phone, u can put games on it"
because console games and phone games have HUGE differences
anyways
and the prices
I can get Black Ops For 60 dollars which is regular price
and the Phone is 200 dollars but I can get it for a 100 dollars
So I basically have a 100 dollar off on the phone
but please help on me choosing

I am on AT&T network
and if you own a phone which runs android or windows phone 7
please tell me one and if its good
dont say iphone 4 because my brother owns it
