Should I get a new iPod touch & a regular cell phone or a full-feature

smartphone like the Nokia N97? Here's the deal, I bought my little brother a new iTouch 4th Gen. Should I get an iTouch 4th Gen plus a regular cheap cell phone? Or should I get a smartphone? Btw, I wanted the N97. We can still place videocalls. iTouch to iTouch via facetime, or N97 to iTouch via Skype.

Im confused! Help!
