Should I get a Honda Interceptor instead of a Kia soul?

I'm 16, and I need a method of transportation. With about $15k to spend, should I get a bike or a car? The car I want would be a Kia Soul, while the Bike would be the Honda Interceptor. I don't care much about space comfort or even have a sound system or not, I just like the elegance of design and speed. Whats the MPG of the bike, does it have a trunk so i can put my backpack in, what's its acceleration, and what would be the insurance cost? Thanks
