Should I get a DRESS or a CELLPHONE?

The money I saved so far is $91. The dress I want is $51 (I'm kinda brand conscious) the phone I want is $171.

Anyway, the dress I have been looking at on the brand website since forever, I've been waiting for it to come out for months! And I saw it last week and it fit me beautifully. By my mom said not to buy clothes till after we go to Hong Kong because I'll see a lot of other brands, but this dress is like THE DRESS for me, it's so perfect.

For the cellphone, I've been wanting a new cellphone since last year cause my cellphone is damaged beyond repair, I can't even sell it anymore (sell it to those people who buy damaged phones, even THEY won't take it) like, I'm just borrowing my dad's cellphone right now.
But.. my clothes are always from Topshop (UK brand). That's what I'm known for.
The brand isn't in HK. It's only in Europe, New York and some parts in Asia, but not HK.
 
Buy the cellphone where you live. This is more practical, in case you later find out that the phone you bought has defects or such

Then buy the dress in HK.
Designer clothes are a lot cheaper in HK, and most of the boutiques there are high-end (Guess, Burberry, Armani....you name it they have it). While in HK, i suggest you guys visit Kowloon -- all the shops / boutiques there are so close to each other -- am sure you'd enjoy shopping there.
