I always got my hair cut in layers but now i want a change
i want to get it cut like brenda song did when she had a bob

I am 13 years old and i would like to get her hair cut. but i am asian so i have black hair. my question is if i need to get highlights so it doesn't look too bold. i noticed selena gomez also got a haircut similar to brenda's and she also got highlights. do i really need highlights for this cut?
