Assuming they are both in excellent condition. I like the body style of the celica, but the honda civic has good performance for it's class. What are your thoughts?

Id take the civic, better on insurance for new drivers and good on gas, and they live along time. But i hope its a 5spd lol.

celica inside is very tight i feel like i'm in a gocar and if you have a big wife or girfriend she will tell you change your car exactly as i told my anyway civic is more confortable

Get a Celica, it's sporty looking. Toyotas are also very reliable brands (I had a tercel, never gave me grief). If you do happen to get a Civic, please, I mean please, do not pimp it out. I'm sick of all those people that try to make their Civics look/sound like a sports car. Civics are NOT sports cars.

Both can be nice, but I personally do not like 4 door civics. If its a 2 door then yea go for it but if not the celica will be better ( its faster anyway)
