Should I get a 350$ Refurbished PS3 or 400$ Brand New One?

I'm looking on the GameStop website and they have a 80G PS3 For 400$.
BUT
They also have a 40G PS3 for 350$ REFURBISHED and Used. But it cant play PS2 games.

I'm most likely going to buy the brand new one... but I'm still thinking.
