should i get a 04 pontiac grand prix?

its silver its a v6. ts rides like a dream i took it for a test drive looked at the oil it was dark brown. i also looked at the transmission fluid it was a light brown color! isthis normal and should i get it? its $3600 because it needs some body work. I might just get it as a project
