I got a accesory navicular bone removed in november...post op I had a few check up appointments and told my doc I still have bad pain, but he blew me off and told me its normal and my scar is just stretching and Ill be fine soon. well its now over 5 months post op and I have extreme random pains and I can run w/out being in pain..I made an appointment with a different doctor to see if maybe something went wrong during surgery or healing time...is it stupid that Im getting a 2nd opinion/ would you do the same thing as me? I just want answers and Im not getting it from my orignal doc. Oh yeah, the surgery involves removing an extra bone and repairing and tightening the tendon...average healing time: 6 weeks...Thanks!
