Should I fix my 1998 Dodge Neon R/T?

I have a 1998 Dodge Neon R/T that is wrecked. My ins. co. totaled it out. They wouldn't pay for any mods even though some of the parts had less than 1000 miles on them, but because I had a lot of new parts I bought it back for around 225 dollars.

The good - brand new Quaife ATB LSD differential, short throw shifter, performance computer, cold air intake, 52mm throttle body, polyurethane bushings, race bobble strut and mounts, brand new Enkei 16 inch rims w/BF Goodrich performance tires, cross-drilled & slotted brake rotors, top-end of the engine had just been gone through including port/polish and all new belts and hoses, and I had just installed new coil pack, plugs, wires, alternator and a new battery.

And wouldn't you know, it had a full tank of 94 octane and it got stolen.

They found it three days later, in a ditch. They had ran it out of gas and instead of pulling over and getting out and running, the punks ditched it, literally.

Now the bad - bent rad. support, bent pass. side frame rail, buckled pass. fender and door, pass. side strut destroyed, half-shaft is GONE, bent pass. side tire-rod, front pass. side brake rotor cracked, (the brake pads are on the pass. side floorboard), bent wheel and flat tire, air bags DID NOT deploy, windshield had two spider web cracks where the front seat passengers had hit their heads, (it is mean of me I know but I hope they had really bad headaches), and the only fluids that it leaked was the tranny fluid where the drive shaft was yanked out, (the seal is obviously destroyed). The car starts right up no problem and does not show any engine codes. This is all of the damage that I know of at the moment.

A buddy of mine said that he could fix it, (he works for Vo-Tech in the autobody section and told me he would let the students fix it and he would use it to grade them on a class project). All I have to do is pay for parts, which he gets a dis-count on. They also have access to a frame machine and it would cost around 100 dollars to rent the time to use it. I would also have to agree to let the car be shown at 2 to 3 shows next year. (So they could showcase their end result to colleges and such). He said that even though students would do the actuall hands-on work, they would be supervised by ASE certified techs so it would be of the same quality work that you would get from the techs themselves.

Sooo, what does everybody think, should I fix it?

By the way, I have $5500 invested in mods alone.
