i am 22 years old and i been married for almost a year i am planning to go back to school but money isnt too rigth so i am applying for financial aid me and my husband have two kids and he makes about $400.00 a week we also live with my mom ( but she does not provide for us ).. well my question is should i file single and put that i live only with my mom and not him or should i use my husband information also? i am trying to find a way to qualify for aid..
ps: i live in florida if it makes any difference.. also i heard that if u married you don't get no financial aid.. so i heard..

You are married so you should put that you are married down. Doing otherwise would be fraud.
And, yes, you should include your husband's money. While you haven't stated your income (if you have one at all?) with your husband's low income and that you have two kids, you should qualify for aid. (No promises or guarantees on this, though!)
