This happened in california, and now i have to make a plea. The cop wrote 105+ said i was going 120...now I KNOW for sure it wasn't that fast. I am more than willing to deal with it if it was 85 or so, but not over 120! That's how fast my car can go anyway. This is my first offense, and I think I want to plea not guilty, does anyone know if this is worth giving a try?
should i fight the ticket going over 100mph?
