so its 6 am, i did an all nighter for no reason at all and regret it and im not gonna do it again haha. should i just lay in bed for the next 3 hours to at least get rest (without falling asleep, cause if i fall asleep ill stay asleep ALL. DAY.) or should i go for a run or shoot hoops or really do anything outside? im not very healthy and need to start exercising but i dont know if i should do it now or get rest...
