I exercised on Saturday but, later on, I binged because I was at a party and I lost control. On Friday, I also ate junk because I usually do since it's my cheat day and it doesn't affect me much.
So, I promised myself to exercise for the rest of the week (except for Sunday) to not feel guilty for having 2 cheat days. Today, my body aches from the exercises I did on Monday and Tuesday and well, I'm feeling so sore.
I had in mind that I would go walking for 8km only so, should I do it? Or will that leave me more sore tomorrow when I have to lift weights as exercising?
I'm only 15 years old, 5'3 and 112 pounds. I care about my healthy so, please don't tell me you're too young to worry.
