Okay, so i always get told & hear that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but then i also hear & get told that 'eat when your hungry', so if im not REALLY hungry in the morning should i still eat breakfast? I am confused because i get told eat when your hungry is the best way to lose weight or to have a healthy diet. Also, exercise? Should this be done straight after meals.? Or when.? Thanks in advance.
