should i eat breakfast and dinner?

i eat a peannutbutter jelly snadwish for breakfast
for lunch i drink whey protein and go to the gym lift weigh
then i eat dinner like rice chiken...

what should i eat for break fast and lunch and dinner am i doing the righ ting or bad....i dont want to get fat i want to get in shape help please
 
here is what you do
first have a filling breakfast
toast with low fat butter
cereal with a lot of milk and maybe fruit (cheerios is the best because it is low on sugar and high in grain)
waffles are good

Have a moderate lunch like...
lean cuisine chicken and rich
ravioli
soup
grilled cheese

Have a very light dinner like
soup
a sub
little bit of pasta with veggies

You don't want to bloat yourself at night because you are unactive when you sleep so the calories are not burned off and become fat
 
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but if you care about your diet alot, you only need to drink a smoothie or eat a piece of toast with a banana. It's not that bad!

Lunch should be quite a big meal, since you didnt have much for breakfast. For example: A ham and lettuce sandwitch, or pasta with youghurt.

Dinner shoud be a little course.
