Should I drop out of high school to join the army?

I am 17 and a sophomore in high school who's grades are horrible with a possible kid on the way (from my x girlfriend)
I was going to join the army after high school anyway and i know i need to get a GED and i already took my ASVAB I got a 58
And i took and passed 3 college courses that's about 10 college credits and taking 1 this summer
