The 3 day apple fast says it's supposed to cure acne in 3 days.! I was going to do it, but as I started reading different things online about it, I got worried.
1. A lot of people were saying your acne just comes right back in a few days, sometimes worse than it was before you started the fast.
2. Many people who did it said they lost 5-7 pounds and they say you should probably do it 2 times a month. Now, I'm about 5'5 and 118 pounds, so I'm not sure if this would be the best thing for me, considering I just lost a lot of weight recently (about 60 pounds).
What should I do.? I was thinking about starting tomorrow...but I don't know.
