Should I do more exercise?

My goal is not to lose weight. but to tone up my muscles for a nice lean, sexy, thin, body
I'm already thin. I just need to tone up a bit..
I'm planning on doing some squats and lunges, and some pilates later..
but I just went for a walk with my new reebok easytone shoes :]
about 1 hour..
Should I do more cardio before I workout?
I do usually 15-20 minutes on an exercise bike a day..Can I skip it today because I did walking?
