I went to the hair product store and this lady working in the store told me to buy a shampoo and a special hair mayonnaise, without the conditionner. She specifically said that I don't need the conditionner and that the hair mayo serves a a conditionner. Now, I have knots in my hair and I hate the way my hair looks, because I blowdried it. Should I go fix this to the hairdresser, and fix it with a wash and set (roller set)? I'm asking cause i've never done it. How effective are wash and sets? do they make ur hair smoother and easier to manage? do they look good?
