Should I discuss this with my girlfriend?

To make a long, complicated story short: I'm a guy in college, my best friend is a girl. A couple of months ago we developed feelings for each other and tried dating, but I was hesitant to be physical with her because of the friendship, and the relationship was tense because of it and we weren't ourselves.
Recently, we were hanging out and it was clear the feelings were back. This time I seized the moment and hooked up and she stayed the night (but no sex). We spent the next day and night together, and after awhile of "build-up" we were going to have sex until we realized we didn't have a condom.
She talked as if we were together again, which I assumed we were. So, the first couple of days were great. The past couple of days have made me wonder though. She hasn't spent the night and we've only kissed goodbye. Things are still normal and not tense like before, but I'm wondering why she's now not being physical with me, especially after the weekend we spent together. The only thing is we have had school/work every morning since, and she does have a bit of a cold so she is sniffling and coughing some. Should I talk to her about it? Like just bring it up just to make sure she's still comfortable with things between us? I don't want to nag her, I just want to make sure she's ok. Is it worth bringing up?
