Should I discuss health issues with a new employer before starting the job?

I have just discovered that I may have some serious health issues. At this point I need to have more tests done before I know what the problem is for sure and what options I have available to me. I am not sure if I should discuss this with my new employer before I have started to work for them. I need some advice on how to handle this.
 
I'd wait till you get the job and then act surprised like it's a sudden thing you found out later.. if you need a day off for a test or something. most employers are bound to understand after they hired you, otherwise they just look like an ass.
 
Since you don't know whats wrong with you, you would be jeopardizing your new job if you say I might be ill but I am not sure with what. I would peg you for a hypochondriac and replace you as soon as I could. Don't say anything, have your tests ran and if it is something that impacts the work place, ( Like diabetes, don't want to fall out at work and no one know) then tell your boss.
