Should I date one of these guys or "fly solo"?

I'm a high school junior and I know relationships are not to be taken seriously right now. I mean, high school relationships rarely last very long. I'd love to say something noble like "I have to focus on school work!" But I don't really care. No worries, I have straight A's, my Asian heritage demands it.

I just wanted to know what an outsider"s opinion would be. : I want to know what you guys think. Should I go for one of them or just reject them all?

Guy-A: I've been having really cute, long, and interesting conversations with this guy every day since the beginning of december. However, 99% of those conversations were through text messaging. We have three of the same classes together and he never makes any initiative to speak to me. Apparently he gets too nervous and blanks out when he tries to speak with me face to face.

Guy-B: I was interested in him sophomore year and he was too but he went and got another girlfriend and took her to prom as well. I lost interest beforehand though, so it's okay. He's a senior now and we're really comfortable with each other, he's one of my best guy friends. I don't like the idea of taking the risk and losing this friendship..

Guy-C: I used to like him for two years, 8th-9th grade. Then I realized he was taking advantage of the fact that I liked him so I forced myself to avoid/ignore him at all costs (as to not get taken advantage of, of course). He would do things like hold my hand or play with my hair then he'd ask me to do something for him like take notes for him or let him copy my work. But this year I started talking to him again, this time with no feelings. But then he confesses to me..

Guy-D: Best friends since freshman year, we were known as the husband and wife duo in freshman year because we would always argue and nag at each other. We still do in a way. We walk to school together almost every day and rarely ever run out of things to say. He seems like a great guy for me but I just can't see us TOGETHER.
