Should I contact to complain?

I was at a shoppers Drug Mart store after my visit to my Doctor, As I needed to get refills for any prescription's as we were going to go on vacation down east. Well i was looking at a discount shelf when a employee rammed into my ankle with a hand dolly full of heavy boxes. I yells with the pain, The employee or delivery person asked if i wanted a bandage. It was not bleeding but hurt and was getting swollen, He disappeared to continue his job i guess, Mean while i was getting worried as i am on blood-thinners and get clots in the same leg often. So I sat down on a floor board and got some frozen peas from the freezer next to me. I sat there for Seven Minutes. My Husband was getting worried about me, He went to find the man that rammed into me, When he did he told him that he should mention it to the manager. I can not understand why they deliver these boxes through the store around the customers and why they do not deliver through a back door. Now we have not been able to go on Vacation yet because of my swelling ankle and also i want to make sure i do not come down with another blood-clot. I do not want to sue as my Doctors is in the same plaza, And these are his neighbor's I like my Doctors and do not want to cause him awkwardness's. However i wonder if it is just this one store that is so unorganized they have shelfs where employees and customers can get hurt as their back staff door is right near a shelf that customers look through for discount items. And i have never seen a store exspecially a drug store deliver through and near there customers. Is this the way there saftey is for the customers?
