Should i complain???

I just got a bus into Gillingham. Whilst on said bus it pulled into a stop to pick up several passengers. Nothing new there (obviously!) but what got me was the drivers conduct when he saw an old boy struggling along to make the bus before it pulled away.

The driver saw the chap, and i thought he was going to wait for him whilst he hobbled up to the stop. However the driver waited only until the old man was 50 yards away and then he drove off and laughed.

I got off a short distance later, looked at the driver, got his badge number and now i am wondering if i should complain on the old mans behalf?
 
Yeah I would, he needs to have complaints made against him , and eventually when he has enough they will deal with him, ppl like him need to be put in their place.
 
Yes definitely, if you've got his details you should definitely complain. How cruel.
You could forward your complaint to Age Concern too as they had a recent campaign about the treatment of elderly people by bus drivers
